I’m currently the Chief Operating Officer at World Wide Web Hosting, a global web hosting provider across multiple brand names. Our largest and most well-known brand is Site5.

Over the course of my tenure at WWWH, I have fulfilled every imaginable non-technical role. In seeing World Wide Web Hosting through two separate acquisitions, I have played a vital role in guiding the company to quadruple its annual revenue and achieve efficiencies and growth across all functions.

I am a customer-centric thinker with expertise in remote/distributed team management. I am a process, procedure, and organizational junkie who takes great pride in developing new and efficient ways to best achieve goals.

Aside from the broad responsibilities listed on my resume, I’m a high-level thinker who’s able to view, prioritize, and approach situations with a comprehensive understanding of the various touch points within the company. I don’t shy away from decision-making.

  • Manage the Customer Service, Support, Billing, and passive Sales operations from a high level strategic perspective
